Alicia Unruh is the friendly face that greets clients as a part-time receptionist in our Manhattan office. A native of Oakley, Kansas—home to the famous Buffalo Bill sculpture—Alicia brings her warm, welcoming demeanor and strong organizational skills to The Trust Company.
With 15 years of experience at Pioneer Memorial Library, Alicia’s dedication to exceptional service shone through when she personally delivered books and movies to homebound patrons, ensuring they stayed connected to the world. This commitment to going above and beyond reflects the same philosophy of outstanding customer care that we uphold at The Trust Company, making her a perfect fit. Alicia studied Secretarial Administration at Colby Community College, preparing her well to support our team and clients.
Alicia believes in treating everyone with respect and truly listening to their needs, as she understands that each situation is unique. Her approach to service, embodied in her question, “What can I do for you?” ensures that every client feels valued and cared for.
A proud mother of four and grandmother to three (soon to be four) grandsons, Alicia enjoys baking, walking, and cheering for the Kansas State Wildcats, Kansas City Chiefs, and Royals. Her positive outlook—captured in her motto, “Today is a good day for a Good Day”—shines through in everything she does, making her a cherished member of The Trust Company team.
