Jaci Charbonneau brings a people-first mindset and passion for relationship-building to her role as an Account Administrator in The Trust Company’s Lawrence office. She earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Wichita State University, along with minors in Organizational Leadership, Honors, Communication, and Accounting.

Prior to joining The Trust Company, Jaci gained trust department experience that helped solidify her passion for wealth management. She was drawn to the our collaborative culture and commitment to building meaningful client relationships, values that align closely with her own.

Originally from Smith Center, Kansas, Jaci carries the close-knit values of her hometown into her work each day. She enjoys getting to know clients and colleagues alike and is excited to help foster the connections that make a lasting difference in people’s lives.

Outside the office, Jaci enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, attending concerts, and volunteering with the Salvation Army. She also loves cooking, reading, and tackling puzzles!
