Born and raised in the Boston area, Katelyn Feist brings her passion for financial planning and client-focused service to The Trust Company’s Columbia, MO office. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University, along with a Certificate of Kansas Insurance.

Katelyn’s passion for financial planning was sparked during a summer internship at Prosperity Planning in Kansas City, where she discovered her love for helping clients navigate their financial journeys.

"Financial planning isn’t just about numbers—it’s about providing clarity and confidence during life’s biggest transitions. I love being a resource for clients, whether it’s helping them get organized, make informed decisions, or simply offering support during uncertain times."

She believes in providing personalized guidance tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring they feel empowered and supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Katelyn’s love for dance runs deep—she spent 13 years as a competitive dancer and now shares her passion as a dance teacher and choreographer. She’s also an active member of the AFCPE and FPA NextGen communities. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys exploring hidden-gem restaurants, thrift shopping, and fueling her coffee obsession.

No matter where she is, if Sweet Caroline starts playing, Katelyn considers it her Boston-born duty to join in—because some Fenway Park traditions never fade.
