Meghan Helin, originally from New York and raised in Hutchinson, KS, brings a warm, personable approach to her role as an Account Administrator at The Trust Company. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and Dietetics from Kansas State University, Meghan’s career journey has been both diverse and enriching.

After beginning her career in event planning, Meghan transitioned to the mortgage industry, where she advanced from a loan processor to a residential loan officer. Her first job at McDonald’s, where she worked alongside her high school friends, ignited her passion for connecting with people, a passion she continues to bring to her work today.

Meghan and her husband, Jared, met while both working at a golf course. Jared is now the golf pro at Wamego Country Club and they have two young children, Palmer and Press. Clearly, golf is a significant part of their family life, even inspiring their children’s names. 

In her free time, Meghan enjoys cooking with her husband, reading, attending K-State sporting events, and spending time with her college friends during their monthly “league nights.” When she’s not cheering on her New York Giants, you can find Meghan watching any reality TV show on Bravo. An interesting fact about Meghan is that she began going gray at 15! Now, she proudly sports her distinctive gray locks, embracing it as a unique part of her identity.
