Associate Trust Officer & Financial Planner
An only child from a no-stoplight town, Tennille learned the importance of connecting with people during her many years of playing travel softball. She brings her spirit of teamwork and can-do attitude to her work as Associate Trust Officer in The Trust Company’s Columbia, MO branch, where she works with clients to establish and execute wealth management plans.
“I love being a connector and resource for people to help them get to a place where they are in control.”
Tennille brings more than 13 years of personal banking, branch management and regional management experience. Most recently she managed sales and operations for five bank branches in Columbia, MO. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in economics from the University of Missouri.
Tennille’s passion for helping others extends to numerous community service activities. She has served on the board of directors for the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, with three years on the chamber’s finance committee; the Women’s Network steering committee (2018-2019 Chair); and has sat on the board for the Ronald McDonald House.
Tennille was honored as one of three finalist nominees for the 2020 Athena International Young Professional award.
Tennille still enjoys softball, but a busy toddler takes priority these days. However, she recently won an opportunity to throw the first pitch at a Mizzou baseball game—in a sweepstakes she didn’t know she had entered. Tennille and her husband are currently building their dream home in Columbia.
