Tori Berard is an Account Administrator on the Bachamp/Dixon Team in our Manhattan office, where she brings over a decade of banking experience and a people-first mindset to every interaction. Before joining The Trust Company, she spent 12 years at ESB Financial in roles ranging from Personal Banker to Commercial Loan Assistant to Bank Manager—so she’s no stranger to juggling details and finding solutions. She holds an associate degree from Garden City Community College and has completed the KBA School of Lending and the Ascensus IRA Certification program.

Born in Garden City and raised in the small town of Ingalls, Kansas, Tori understands the value of relationships and community. She believes exceptional service starts with knowing your clients well—because when you understand their needs and behaviors, you can help prevent problems and provide meaningful support. 

“My goal is to make life easier for clients and coworkers,” she says. “Whatever heavy lifting I can do to help you out, I’m all in—you just have to ask.”

Outside of work, Tori stays busy with her husband, Josh—a detective with the Riley County Police Department—and their two kids, who keep the family calendar full with sports, school events, and band concerts. She loves playing rec volleyball with her “old lady friends” (her words!), monthly book club catch-ups, and relaxing weekends at the lake with her crew.

A few fun facts: Tori has never seen a Star Wars movie (and she's okay with that), believes popcorn only counts if it's from a movie theater, and in 2024, she did something truly life-changing—donating her stem cells to a complete stranger and helping save her life. That spirit of generosity and service shows up in everything she does.
